It was a holiday
week-end and there was a festival at Salmon Lake, but we
still had a good crowd at the SCBC show at
Coushatte Ranch.

The Saltgrass Band |

The Saltgrass Band
was the first group to
play.
Members are John Brocket-guitar, Timmy Fischer-mandolin,
Jay Richardson-banjo, Jim Lowery-bass, and Don Eggers-dobro.
Some of the songs
they did were True Blue, On My Way Back, Come On Down To
My World, Foggy Mountain Breakdown, The Lighthouse,
Julie Ann, By The
Side Of The Road, Last Road Going Home, Sunnyside Of The
Mountain, Rainin' In LA, Always Marry An Ugly Girl, Man
Of Constant Sorrow, Will The Circle Be Unbroken, 21
Miles, Fox On The Run, Willie Roy, Big Spike Hammer,
Little Black Train, Jenny and She Goes Walking Through
My Memory.

The next group to play
was The Sims Family.
Members are Laney Sims-mandolin and Ben Sims-guitar.
They started off with an instrumental and on to Mary
Ann, Where The Soul Never Dies, Long Black Veil, Rabbit In A
Log, Soldier's Joy , Some Day, Stormy Waters, Don't Count On
Me, Over On The Old Kentucky Shore, Ain't Gonna Lay My
Hammer Down.
